How much does it cost to work with you?
Each trip is custom-built for you, so pricing varies! After our complimentary consultation call, we’ll give you an official quote based on what you need.
Bonus: If you already know where you want to stay, hotel bookings are totally free!
Why are hotel bookings free?
Hotels pay us a commission when you book through us—so you get our help without paying a planning fee. Win-win! We only charge a fee when we’re working with components that don’t pay commission (like flights or custom planning).
Is it more expensive to book a hotel with you?
Usually, the price is exactly the same as booking it yourself. Sometimes it’s slightly higher, but the VIP perks—like free breakfast, upgrades, and early check-in—often more than make up for the difference. And hey, if you’d rather skip the perks, we can still book the standard rate you see online.
What if I already booked my hotel?
You might still be able to get perks! Just contact us and we’ll see if we can do a “takeover booking.” That means we become the agent on record and you get the perks added to your existing reservation—at no extra cost to you.
Do you book flights?
Yes, we do—with a service fee. We specialize in booking premium economy, business, and first-class flights, and the fee varies based on the route and complexity (don’t worry—we’ll always give you the details up front).
Prefer to book flights yourself? No problem! As part of your planning package, we can still help guide you to the best options and routes.
Got points or airline miles? Amazing! Using them for airfare is one of the smartest travel hacks out there. We’re happy to help you make the most of your rewards for the perfect flight.
Can you make restaurant reservations?
Yes—but only for VIP Package clients and hotel bookings made through me. If you’re on The Glimmer Guide, you’ll receive tour and transport recommendations, but restaurants are not included.
When should I reach out to start planning?
The earlier the better! A good rule of thumb is 6–8 months in advance, especially for busy seasons or bucket-list destinations. That way, we can snag the best hotels, tours, and reservations before they fill up.
Do you offer payment plans for planning fees?
At this time, planning fees are due in full upfront. But don’t worry—there are no late fees! Just note that we won’t start any planning work until payment is received. We accept all major credit cards.
Can you book me a trip anywhere in the world?
In short: Absolutely!
